The Iron Range IR-2B24G 36" Two Burner and Griddle Commercial Gas Range with Oven Base has powerful 30,000 BTU cast iron burners. Each burner has an individual pilot light, removable cast iron grate, and instant light flame adjustable control knob. This range's 24" steel griddle gives you plenty of space to grill a wide variety of product. Its manual controls make it an excellent option for making lunch items like burgers, bacon, cheesesteaks, and other meats. The griddle features side splashes to help contain grease while a dedicated drawer makes cleanup a breeze! It is constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, backsplash and over shelf, and includes casters and a 3/4” NPT gas connection. Units are shipped for natural gas but are easily converted to LPG (propane) gas with the LPG conversion kit that is included. All ranges carry ETL approval for gas and sanitation that pass USA requirements for use in food service.
